A Letter of Complaint

For questions 1-15, read the text below and look carefully at each line. Some of the lines are correct, and some have a word which should not be there.
If a line is correct, put an OK in the gap at the end of the sentence. If a line has a word which should not be there, write the word in the gap at the end of the sentence.
Examples:
Line 0: OK
Line 00: of
0I am writing to complain about our recent holiday, which involved
00several last-minute changes to the arrangements, despite of the fact
1that we had made our booking for several months in advance.
2The journey to the coast took four hours longer than your
3brochure suggested. The coach which took us was far too much old
4and the last part of the journey was terrifying, as if the driver tried to
5make up for the time we had lost. However, this was nothing
6compared with our own horror when we arrived at the hotel. Your
7advertisement promised to us large rooms with colour television. In fact,
8our bedroom was hardly that big enough to lie down in and the only
9television was in the lounge. We did not go downstairs for eat an evening
10meal, but decided instead to go to the bed straightaway.
11It was quite clear that we could not enjoy with our holiday in this hotel.
12Your representative was no help at all, so we had to find
13somewhere else to stay at for the rest of the week ourselves.
14I expect you to return the money we paid for this trip, which it totally
15failed to live up to the expectations raised by your brochure.
